Another awesome beer!

This is a traditional India Pale Ale made with 100% British ingredients (except for California water). As we do with our ESB, we use the most expensive malt available (Maris Otter) and only the two finest whole English Hops available (East Kent Golding & English Fuggles) to make this IPA. The differences between our IPA and our ESB are that the IPA is 7% alcohol instead of 6% and is hopped with more East Kent Goldings & Fuggles.

This is not an American style IPA that is hopped heavily with Cascade hops and jumps out of the glass and grabs you by the throat, but rather an English style that uses the traditional hops that meld with the malt.

As with our ESB, you will find this to be the best IPA you've ever had.
